The trap mimics the standing water that female mosquitoes look for when laying eggs. When they land, a sticky strip catches them before they can breed. No power, no spray, no zapping.

How to use
  • Fill the base with water to just below the inner ridges, add a small handful of leaves or grass, and set the screen on the ridges above the water.
  • Peel the backing off the adhesive strip and place it inside the top, sticky side in. Remove the outer paper, twist the top onto the base to lock it, and press the red lid onto the posts. Keep the trap upright so the adhesive stays dry.
  • Hang it, or mount it on a post, in a shaded spot near shrubs or standing water, out of direct sun. Replace the strip and top up the water about once a month.
Where to use
  • Yards, gardens, patios, pools, play areas, sheds and other outdoor areas. Works best in shaded, moist spots.
